Starting point
AI set-up on your own accounts
For a small business or professional, solo or a team of up to 5 seats.
- You get
- Your AI workspace configured on your own accounts, with you as the only owner. Data settings shown to you, so you decide them. Templates for 3 to 5 of your tasks, a "what not to paste" checklist, a handover document and one 90-minute training session.
- Done when
- You tick off each configuration item, the training is held, the handover is delivered, and you confirm we hold no access.
- Format
- 1 to 2 weeks, 2 to 3 working sessions. Remote, or in person in Las Vegas.

One-to-one AI session
For an owner, professional or individual who wants to use AI on their own work.
- You get
- A 90-minute session on your own device and accounts, using sample data. A one-page written set-up plan, and one follow-up email round within 7 days. Also sold as a set of three sessions within 60 days.
- Done when
- The session is held, the plan is sent, and the follow-up window has closed.
- Format
- One person. Remote, or in person in Las Vegas.

Team AI workshop
For a small business that wants 3 to 10 people using the same tools the same careful way.
- You get
- An owner call and a task survey, exercises on your team's own tools with sample data, a half-day or full-day workshop, a one-page team checklist, a handout for each person, and a 30-day owner follow-up window.
- Done when
- The workshop is held with your people present, the checklist and handouts are delivered, and the follow-up window has closed.
- Format
- On site in the Las Vegas valley, or remote. Booked and paid online before any visit.
- Investment

What set-up covers
Set-up means software, configuration and plug-in hardware, on accounts and devices in your name. It is a one-time job with documentation, not an ongoing help desk.

Questions about set-up and training
Do you train individuals one to one?
Yes. A one-to-one session is 90 minutes on your own device and your own accounts, using sample data, and you get a one-page written set-up plan afterwards.
Can you set up AI for a home office?
Yes, for the software, settings and plug-in hardware you use for your work. Wiring, mounting and installed equipment such as cameras or alarms are not covered.
Which AI tools do you cover?
We are tool-agnostic and fit the tools to what you need. We configure ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, Google Gemini, Kimi, Qwen, Sakana and open-weight models, including those on Hugging Face.
Can you deploy AI without our data leaving our network?
Yes. We deploy language models and document search on your own hardware, in your private cloud, or in an isolated environment we manage for you. Your data is not used to train shared models, and every AI action is written to a log you can export.
