We want everyone to be able to use this site, whatever their device or assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought.
The standard we build to
We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. The site respects your motion settings: all animation stops when your system asks for reduced motion, and there is a visible switch to turn effects off.
What we do
- A visible keyboard focus indicator on every interactive element, and a skip link to the main content.
- Colour contrast measured against WCAG AA and enforced by our build.
- Semantic headings, landmarks and labels, with the interface tested by keyboard.
- Three ways to turn motion off: your system's reduced-motion setting, the effects switch in the footer, and a URL option.
Known limitations
We are not currently aware of any significant accessibility barriers on this site. If you find one, please tell us — see below — and we will treat it as something to fix.
