Carnival 12 Ai LLC ("Carnival 12 Ai", "we", "us") builds this website to collect as little about you as possible. Today it sets no cookies, runs no analytics and makes no third-party requests. When you contact us, we use what you send only to reply to you and to provide the services you ask for. We never sell your personal information, and we never share or sell our clients' data.
What we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- What you send us. If you use our contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to provide — typically your name, work email, company, the industry and the type of work you are interested in, and your message.
- Basic server logs. Like any website, our hosting keeps standard technical logs that a page was served. We do not use these to build a profile of you, and we do not add advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry, to provide and improve the services you request, to keep records of our dealings with you, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. You can confirm this in your browser's developer tools. If we ever add first-party measurement, it will honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track, and we will update this policy before it goes live.
Service providers
We use a small number of reputable providers to run our business, under their own security and privacy terms: Amazon Web Services (hosting and data storage), Cloudflare (content delivery and security), Microsoft 365 (email), Stripe (payment processing, when you pay us), and GitHub (source code only). We share with them only what they need to provide their service, and we do not authorize them to use your information for their own purposes.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Under Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A), Nevada consumers may direct a business not to sell certain covered information; because we do not sell your information at all, there is nothing to opt out of, but you are welcome to contact us to confirm.
Where your data lives
Information you send us is stored in Carnival 12 Ai LLC's own accounts in the United States, not handed to a third-party marketing platform. Our clients' systems and data run where each client decides, as described under Data sovereignty.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to respond to you and to maintain our normal business records, and no longer than the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us not to contact you again. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state or country's law. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below; we will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed, and material changes will be reflected here.
