How every order works
- Work starts when you pay.By completing payment you ask us to begin right away. Where a product needs information or files from you, we email you the same business day to ask for them, and the delivery time runs from when we have received what we asked for. If we have not received it within 90 days of purchase, the order closes.
- Revisions.Each product includes two rounds of revisions, requested within 30 days of delivery. A round is one set of changes to the delivered work, sent in one message and within that product's scope.
- Refunds.Because work begins at payment, fixed-price products are not refundable once purchased. If we cannot deliver a product you bought, we will refund the price in full.
- Weekly limit.We accept a limited number of orders for each product each week. When the limit is reached, the buy link is paused until the next week.
- Your content.You confirm that you have the right to share anything you send us. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identification numbers or health information.
- AI tools and your data.We choose the tools that suit the job, and you may tell us which tools to use or avoid. Unless you ask otherwise in writing, we use services that do not train their models on your content, and you may ask us to keep specific data on our own systems only.
- How long we keep your files.We delete the files you send and the working copies within 30 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask.
- Payment.Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. A person at Carnival 12 Ai reviews and approves every refund.

A grade in our website review is Carnival 12 Ai's own assessment on our own stated scale (AAA to C). It is not a WCAG conformance level, a certification or a promise of any ranking, traffic or business result. Accessibility findings are reported with their evidence and are not graded.
